主要功能：

1.四路進紗，每組喂紗裝置配備6把梭子，可滿足各種襪品的生產(chǎn)需要；

2.主口梭子采用了分體式設(shè)計，大大降低客戶的使用成本且便于維修；

3.線圈組織的針弧大小、襪品的尺寸，均由高精度足功率的步進馬達控制針筒的上下來實現(xiàn)；

4.采用了高靈敏的裸氨輸送器，通過調(diào)節(jié)輸送器控制裸氨的松緊，便于編織各型美腿襪；

5.采用了環(huán)形紗架，配備了光電感應斷紗器，從而大大提高了報警及時性，減少了紗線浪費；

6.密度調(diào)節(jié)，通過針筒、密度三角、生克三角三個部分，對織物密度進行調(diào)節(jié)。

7.可編織不同浮線橡筋和各色提花圖案；

8.采用全方位安全保護措施（氣源處理系統(tǒng)、油量報警、過載停車等），最大限度防止機器損壞、保障人員安全；

9.在軸承、電磁閥、同步帶、織針、花鍵類均選用了進口配件同時，采用了科學合理的裝配工藝，從而使得機器穩(wěn)定性好、噪音低。

Main features:

1.4-way feeders, each yarn feeder device is equipped with 6 shuttles, which can meet             requirements of all variety of socks;

2.The main shuttle adopts independent design system, which greatly reduce customer's usage cost and easily for maintenance;

3.Stitch density and socks size are finished by cylinder being up and down which controlled from high-precision stepper motor .

4.It adopts one highly sensitive bare spandex carrier, which can adjust tightness of the bare spandex and easily to knit all types of socks;

5. Circular creel with a photoelectric sensor which can greatly improving the alarm on time and reduce yarn waste;

6.Stitch density control,the stitch density addjust to cylinder,stitch cam and sinker cam;

7. It can weave different floating line elastics and jacquard patterns. 

8.Equipped with enough protection measures (air compressor system, auto lubrication alarm, overload stop, etc.) to prevent damage to the machine and keep safety of personnel;

9.Taking advanced and Imported parts for bearings, solenoid valves, synchronous belt, needles, splines and so on. And it has scientific assembly process to keep machine working stable with lownoise.
